Ailsa’s Aim – An Update on our Support

Following the donation to Ailsa’s Aim members of the Province were pleased to meet, on a bright sunny if cold morning, Tuesday 18th November, with Niven Whatley a co- founder of Ailsa’s Aim.

Niven arrived in the newly purchased van funded by Bedfordshire Freemasons, proudly demonstrating the meaningful impact the support has already made.

During the visit, Provincial Charity Steward Steve Joyce assisted in affixing the “Supported by Bedfordshire Freemasons” logo to the vehicle.

Once completed, Martin Wilson and Steve Attwood, Deputy and Assistant Provincial Grand Masters, were pleased to view both the van and its newly applied branding—captured in the accompanying photograph.

Niven explained that the van is soon to undergo full signwriting and expressed heartfelt thanks on behalf of Ailsa’s Aim. He emphasised that the generosity of Bedfordshire Freemasons is already transforming the charity’s day-to-day operations.

Nevin advised that the van is due for sign writing and expressed his grateful thanks to all Bedfordshire Freemasons for making such a difference to the day to day operations of this important local Charity.

Ailsa’s Aim exists to bring comfort, care, and practical help to people going through very difficult medical journeys (cancer, premature birth, neonatal care), and to support their families and carers.
