Women’s Aid Luton a New Campaign of Awareness

Following the recent £40,000 Freemasons Charity Grant to Women’s Aid Luton, Steve Attwood, Assistant Provincial Grand Master, represented Bedfordshire Freemasons at the recent launch of a new awareness campaign in High Town Square, Luton.

With the sun shining, the outdoor event provided a great opportunity to celebrate the work of Women’s Aid Luton and raise awareness of the support they provide to people affected by domestic abuse.

Steve, who was accompanied by Mark Harwood, was able to meet up again with the team leaders of Women’s Aid Luton, as well as Dr Joan Bailey, Deputy Lieutenant for Bedfordshire, as pictured who was also supporting the event.

The morning provided another opportunity for Bedfordshire Freemasons to demonstrate their continued support for organisations working tirelessly to make a difference in our local communities.

The £40,000 grant forms part of the wider commitment of Freemasonry to supporting charities and community organisations across Bedfordshire.
