W Bro Rex Statham

It is my sad duty to inform you of the passing to the Grand Lodge Above of W Bro and E Comp Rex Statham b 25/01/1924 (96 years).

Brother Rex was initiated on 1/4/1981 and was Exalted on 17/10/1984.

Rex was the Organist of his Lodge – St Peter’s Lodge No 6092, and was also Guest Organist at Wenlock Lodge No 6093 and John Hindle Lodge No 9432. He was also was a member of St Peter’s Chapter No 6092.

Rex went into hospital for treatment on ulcerated legs but unfortunately developed pneumonia. He is survived by his wife, Margaret.

As always I will be sending a card of condolence on behalf of the PGM/MEGS and Brethren of the Province.
