A Bedfordshire visit to Quarterly Communications

Some 30 plus Bedfordshire Freemasons attended the Quarterly Communications Meeting of the United Grand Lodge of England, on Wednesday 11th December 2024, along with the leader of Bedfordshire Freemasons Nick Edwards.

Those attending enjoyed the splendour of the Grand Temple and the formalities of a Grand Lodge meeting, along with many visitors from all four quarters of the globe.

The undoubted highlight was the Pro Grand Master, Jonathan Spence,  introducing, a fellow Freemason,  Benjamin Pritchard,  who was part of a medal-laden Para rowing squad at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games where he took Gold in the men’s PR1 single sculls.

Benjamin was interviewed on behalf of all present and provided a great insight to the tactics and planning which led to his most impressive win, on conclusion of which he was roundly acclaimed by all those present.

After the meeting a good number of Bedfordshire Brethren retired for some much needed refreshment, a splendid day for all as witnessed below!
