The Beaudesert Lodge 160 Years!
Beaudesert Lodge marked its 160th Anniversary at The Gables, Leighton Buzzard on 11th February 2026 with a visit from the Provincial Grand Master of Bedfordshire Freemasons, Nick Edwards.
He was accompanied by the Deputy Provincial Grand Master, Martin Wilson, the Assistant Provincial Grand Master, Dean O’Connell, the Provincial Wardens John Morrow and Paul Talbot along with many members of the Provincial Team.

The meeting itself was a fitting celebration of the Lodge’s proud history, featuring an excellent Passing Ceremony for Damien Morley. The Worshipful Master, ably supported by his Officers, delivered the ceremony to a high standard, reflecting great credit upon the Lodge.
In addressing the Brethren, the Provincial Grand Master reflected on the Lodge’s 160 year history and the many historic events that had unfolded during that time. He concluded by expressing his confidence that the founders would be immensely proud to see the Lodge flourishing today and set fair for the next 160 years.
The evening concluded with a warm and convivial festive board, rounding off a memorable milestone in the life of the Lodge.
