Rose Croix Meet
On Wednesday 22nd July Godfrey Kent Rose Croix Chapter held a Zoom video conference at Mayflower Place, Hertingfordbury. The objective of holding the conference at the Masonic Centre was to provide the opportunity for the local members of the Chapter to meet one and other in the friendly surroundings of our regular meeting place, at the same time providing support to Mayflower Place. Filip, the Centre Manager, made those who attended very welcome with his usual genial hospitality. Other members joined the meeting via the Zoom link from their own homes as usual.
The meeting was well attended and all that took part had a very enjoyable time. Apart from the customary banter and general chit chat we managed to discuss Chapter business that included reports from the Recorder, Treasurer and Almoner.
The meeting was concluded with a Birthday toast to the Inspector General, V.Ill. Bro Nick Edwards (pictured) and, of course, Absent Brethren.
