Its Silver for St John’s Lodge No. 8817 as they Welcome a New Member

A very well attended meeting of St John’s Lodge welcomed new initiate Harrison Staines this week.

The ceremony was presided over and delivered by the Master of the Lodge Chris Watts.

He was assisted by his Officers and also Mark Lane of John Bunyan Lodge, in what was an excellent ceremony that their new member will no doubt remember for many years.

The meeting was supported by the Provincial Membership Officer, Chris Handley and the Provincial Communications Officer, Mark Harwood.

To round the evening off the Lodge was presented with a Silver Award  by the 2026 Bedfordshire Provincial  Festival Chairman,  Bob Curson, in acknowledgement of the generosity and efforts of the lodge members in support of the Festival, with much encouragement to go for gold!

An excellent festive board was then enjoyed by all.
