Britalia Garibaldi aid SOS Saturday Outreach Service
The Brethren and visitors of Britalia Garibaldi Lodge recently raised an impressive £350 through donations, an auction and a raffle in support of the local community charity, SOS Saturday Outreach Service.
The Master of Britalia Garibaldi ,Biagio De Michele, was delighted to present the cheque to SOS Founder Beverley Everitt and her son Brandon.
SOS and its dedicated team of volunteers provide vital support to the homeless and those in need across Bedford, serving free hot food, sandwiches, pastries, desserts, bread, hot and cold drinks, fresh produce and clothing every Wednesday and Saturday evening at the old taxi rank at the end of De Parys Avenue.

The charity regularly helps between 80 and 100 people at each session, making a real difference within the local community.
Another example of Bedfordshire Freemasons supporting those most in need.
