2026 Bedfordshire Charity Stewards Seminar
Shrove Tuesday, 17th February, saw a full dining hall at Ampthill Masonic Centre as no fewer than 60 Bedfordshire Charity Stewards, Festival Champions and unit representatives gathered for an important and informative evening.
The Provincial Grand Master, Nick Edwards, opened proceedings with well-chosen and encouraging words, setting a positive and forward-looking tone.
Those attending then received a comprehensive 2026 Festival update from the Deputy Provincial Grand Master, Martin Wilson, outlining progress to date and the continued importance of collective effort as the Festival advances.

This was followed by an engaging and informative presentation from the Provincial Charity Steward, Steve Joyce, who spoke on all aspects of our charitable work and the impact being made through the Masonic Charitable Foundation.
The messages were warmly received, with a lively and thoughtful question-and-answer session demonstrating both enthusiasm and commitment from those present.
The evening concluded in good spirits, with all departing armed with a selection of MCF goodies and renewed determination to support the Province’s charitable objectives.
