Bedfordshire Freemasons Summer Ladies Luncheon
The annual Ladies’ Summer Luncheon was once again a resounding success, with over 100 guests from across the Province for a memorable afternoon of elegance friendship, and celebration.
Held at the Cross Keys in Pulloxhill, the event was hosted by Assistant Provincial Grand Master Steve Attwood and provided the perfect setting for a warm and welcoming gathering. Guests enjoyed a delicious seasonal luncheon and were delighted by a live performance from the talented Simon Barter, whose wonderful voice added a special touch to the afternoon.
A collection of memories of the event is here!
Organized by Jacqui Smith, with support from Mike Fitz-Gerald, the event also held deeper significance—it served as a heartfelt tribute to the widows of our Lodges, strengthening the bonds of our Masonic family and ensuring they continue to feel included and valued.
“It was truly a joy to see so many wonderful distinguished ladies and guests come together in such a meaningful and enjoyable way”, said Steve Attwood. “The energy in the room was incredible and the positive feedback has been overwhelming.”
A huge thank you goes to the Bedfordshire Lodge of Provincial Grand Stewards, whose tireless support and professionalism helped make the afternoon a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. Their contributions are deeply appreciated and vital to the continued success of events like these.

As we reflect on this year’s gathering, it’s clear that the spirit of fraternity, community, and celebration continues to thrive.
The success of the 2025 luncheon sets a positive tone for the future, and we look forward to many more occasions that bring us together in friendship and shared purpose.
