Biscot Blue Table Success
Thirty-one Companions and Brethren attended, a very successful, Biscot Chapter, Blue Table meeting this week at the Luton Masonic Centre. Following a short business meeting, which included a special remembrance of departed Companion, Don Powrie, the members invited Craft Brethren into the Chapter for an overview of the Royal Arch.
The presentation, which detailed the history of the Royal Arch and its intrinsic link to the Craft, was a real team effort involving most of the Biscot members and was very well received by the guests. This was followed by a very helpful Q & A session before everyone retired to the bar for refreshments followed by an excellent Curry supper.
As well as it being a most enjoyable evening, Biscot Chapter were pleased to receive applications for a Candidate and two Joining Members at their next meeting. There were also expressions of interest from two other Brethren and two who are planning to join Panmure Chapter who meet in Luton on Saturdays.
