
St John the Baptist Chapter no. 475 Celebrates Third Exaltation of the Year
St John the Baptist Chapter marked a significant milestone with its third exaltation of the past year, at the same convocation enjoying the company of Martin Wilson, representing the Provincial Grand Chapter of Bedfordshire.
This visit was particularly meaningful, as it was Martin’s final official engagement prior to the recent Provincial Convocation.
The evening featured the exaltation of Simon Watling, carried out in exemplary fashion. Chapter members were joined in the ceremony by visiting Companion Barrie House, whose participation added much to the occasion.
During the meeting, the Principals were formally proclaimed to continue in office for the ensuing year, under the guidance of Hugh Love, ensuring ongoing stability and leadership within the Chapter .
Adding to the evening’s significance, Krishan Tailor and Carl Taylor, both exalted at the previous meeting ,were presented with their Supreme Grand Chapter Certificates, by Martin Wilson marking an important step in their Masonic journey.
The evening concluded with the proposal of a new candidate for exaltation at the next convocation signaling continued growth and enthusiasm within the Chapter
