Harlington Finish on a High

Harlington Lodge No 9225 finished a year of rebuilding on a high last week when Mervyn Turner, the prevailing Master Installed his son James as the new Master of the Lodge. A Lewis ceremony is always special but this occasion somehow had an extra edge.

The Lodge, like many, has been through a difficult period and James, his Dad and a nucleus of members have worked hard to turn things round and lay a good foundation for the next stage of regeneration.

Among the twenty-nine guests who came to support the Lodge at this special evening was Hugh Love, the Assistant Provincial Grand Master, as well as several active Provincial Officers and many members of the Bedfordshire Light Blues Club.

Their first meeting after the break will be on Friday 13th September when Harlington Lodge will host the Metropolitan Talking Heads Royal Arch Demonstration Team.  Another meeting not to be missed, so get it in your diary now.
