Friendship, Carols and Crackers at the Ladies Festive Luncheon

This Sunday saw Almoners from across the Province working hard to ensure that their “Lodge Ladies” were well supported and provided for at the annual Christmas Lunch organised by the Province

Events were arranged to run simultaneously at Bedford and Luton with the celebrations hosted by the Leaders of Bedfordshire Freemasons, once again superbly supported by the Provincial Stewards.

The lunches are arranged to ensure that the wives and partners of the Brethren who have gone before us are not forgotten and have an opportunity to meet up at this special time of year.

Over 170 Ladies, Almoners, Escorts and Friends enjoyed a very pleasant lunch and a few hours together in good company, sharing memories, singing carols and pulling crackers.

The Luton celebrations are pictured above, with the Stewards ” Male Voice Choir” featured below.
