Bedfordshire Freemasons and Remembrance Day 2025

Bedfordshire Freemasons 2025 Remembrance Day journey began on 12th October 2025 as organized by a UGLE initiative when members of Beda Chapter collected the Bedfordshire wreath from The Keep on Sunday 12th October at a ceremony attended by the Provincial Grand Master Nick Edwards and other members of the Province.

Beda Chapter were tasked with safe delivery of the wreath to the National Arboretum, which they completed on 25th October, then  onto the Masonic Memorial Garden to hear an address before the fallen Brethren were remembered with a short silence.

Please follow this link to view the pictures of that event, and here for a report directly from Beda.

On 1st November the Provincial Grand Master along with many others attended the Masonic Remembrance Service held at the National Arboretum, at which a moving address was made by Assistant Grand Master John Thompson.

On the 9th November many Bedfordshire Freemasons attended Remembrance Day events around the  province at Bedford, Biggleswade, Luton, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard and Ampthill.
