The Warden Lodge Christmas Cracker

The Brethren and Guests of the Warden Lodge No 4608 were treated to a somewhat exceptional ceremony at their December meeting this week, when Jim Harrington, the current Master, invited John Stenton, a Past Master of the Lodge, to occupy the Masters Chair and guide his son James to becoming a Master Mason.

A Lewis ceremony is always special, but this occasion was made extra special by the quality of the ceremony that John delivered for his son and also the fact that he carried out every part himself.  John & James are pictured with Members go the Lodge.

The Festive Board that followed was a really convivial occasion, enjoyed by all, especially when Roger Moss, Master of the Lodge 30 years ago, reminisced about his admission to and journey in Freemasonry.

Lodge meetings during the Festive Season always take on a different feel but this really was a Christmas Cracker.
