A Record Attendance as Panmure Chapter Welcomes David
David Samuel was given a warm welcome into the the Royal Arch on Saturday 20 May when he was greeted by thirty companions from far and wide. Visitors and members came from far and wide including Norfolk, Middlesex, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire and even Cornwall to see David Exalted into the order.
It was a record attendance for the chapter since its move from London to Luton just after the turn of the millennium. This bodes well for Panmure lodge and chapter as they will be joining forces in October, now that the lodge has also moved to Bedfordshire. Plans are afoot for them to meet on the same Saturday three times a year with chapter in the morning and craft in the afternoon.
There will be plenty for them to do as they have a good number of candidates waiting in the wings. Why don’t you arrange to pay a visit, I am sure that you will be made very welcome.
