Bedfordshire Freemasons Join National Remembrance Ceremony
The Provincial Grand Master of Bedfordshire Nick Edwards, represented the Province at the annual Freemasons Remembrance Ceremony held at the National Memorial Arboretum on Saturday 31 October, escorted by Carlton Patterson as his Standard Bearer.
He was proudly accompanied by other members of Bedfordshire Military Lodge, and together, they joined representatives from United Grand Lodge of England and Masonic Provinces across the country for this important annual gathering.
In fine weather, the ceremony provided a fitting opportunity for Freemasons from across the country to come together in a shared act of remembrance, honouring those who made the ultimate sacrifice and paying tribute to all who have served and continue to serve their country.
The occasion was a reminder of the importance of remembrance, reflection and ensuring that the sacrifices of previous generations are never forgotten.
