A Special Night for Russell Lodge
Thursday evening marked a particularly special occasion as James Wootton was installed as Master of Russell Lodge, attended by the Deputy Provincial Grand Master Martin Wilson and a full house of members and guests. To celebrate the moment, James’s father, Ted, provided an exceptional bottle of wine—one that even called for a custom-made pouring contraption!
The bottle, called a Melchior, contained 18 litres, equivalent to 24 standard bottles. If the bottle had contained Champagne it would be called a Solomon – rather apt!
It was a superb evening thoroughly enjoyed by all.
