W Bro Isaac ‘Jock’ Allan
W. Bro Jock’s memorial service will be held at St Mary the Virgin Church, Hatley Road, Potton, Beds, SG19 2RP at 11.30 a.m. on Tuesday 6th June, and afterwards at the John O’Gaunt Golf Club, Biggleswade Road, Sutton, Beds, SG19 2LY.

It is my very sad duty to inform you the passing to the Grand Lodge Above of Worshipful Brother and Excellent Companion Isaac ‘Jock’ Allan, PPrGSwdB on Friday 12th May 2023 (aged 88).
W Bro Jock had been poorly for some time with failing health but still managed to attend meetings when he would be willing to undertake any works being a great ritualist, even until recently, delivered the Charge in the most excellent manner. He was curious in manner and generous in friendship and charity.
Jock was Initiated on the 16/02/1966 into Saint Mary Abbotts Lodge L1974 London and was awarded Senior London Grand Rank in 1992. Became a joining member of Robert Bloomfield Lodge L8328 in 2000, Master in 2005, and promoted to PPrSGD 2010, PPrGSwdB in 2016, with 57 years service to the Craft.
Companion Jock was Exalted into Wealdstone Chapter Middx on 05/12/1970, a joiner in St Andrews Chapter C803 and Beds First Principles Chapter C7301. Royal Arch honours included PPrAGDC, PPrAGSoj, PPrGSwdB Middx and PPrAGSoj Beds 2016. E Comp Jock gave 52 years service to Royal Arch Masonry.
W Bro Jock will be sorely missed by all those that had the privilege of knowing him. I am sure that you will join with me in offering our sincere condolences to his wife Paula and family at this very sad time. I shall be sending a condolences card on behalf the Provincial Grand Master, executive and Brethren of the province.
