W Bro Alan John Bowers

It is with great sadness that I have to report to you the Passing to the Grand Lodge Above of Worshipful Brother and Excellent Companion Alan John Bowers, born 14th April 1939 (82 years).

Alan passed away in hospital yesterday, Friday 11th March 2022.

A current subscribing member of the following Craft Lodges:-

  • Bedfordshire Lodge of Provincial Grand Stewards No 9577

  • Manor Court Chapter of Ampthill No 9096
  • Bedfordshire First Principals Chapter No 7301

Honours; Craft – PPrSGW – LGR – Holder of the Provincial Grand Master’s Certificate of Merit.

Royal Arch – LGCR – PPrGSN.

 

Alan was a true character and a genuinely lovely man, who will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

 

Our thoughts are with W Bro Terry Bowers, Brother Kevin Molyneaux, and Alan’s children.
