St George Celebrations at the Ampthill Centre.

There was lots of fun and flag waving at the Ampthill Masonic Centre this weekend when nearly 80 family, friends and guests joined members of the resident Lodges to celebrate St George and all things English.

The young and not so young all enjoyed a roast beef lunch interspersed with verse and readings about St. George and a sing song of traditional tunes from across the years. A good time, in good company, was had by all.

The Ampthill Centre social events are really gathering pace, bringing the Lodges together and creating a great vibe.

As well as family social events, The Court Ladies Luncheon Club meet once a month, on a Monday and invite all ladies to come along and enjoy each others company, over an excellent lunch with regular guest speakers. Keep an eye on the Provincial Events Page for full details.
