Ivel’s 60 Years of LOI Twinning

For as long as anyone can recall, Ivel Lodge has twinned with the Cloisters Lodge from Hertfordshire for annual exchange LOI visits.

Nobody knows how or why this exchange started but this week they celebrated 60 years of getting together when the Cloisters Lodge visited Biggleswade with Officers moving up a place to carrying out a Passing.

Everyone had a good time and all are looking forward to next month’s return visit to The Cloisters Lodge where Ivel’s Officers will step up and deliver a 1st Degree Ceremony.

A great example of Brotherly love and friendship still going after six decades.
