Freemasonry Today have reported how Bedfordshire Freemasons’ support of local foodbanks have helped them meed the increased demand during the COVID-19 crisis.
Quoting our Provincial Grand Master, Anthony Henderson, they write ‘Sometimes the best solution to a problem is to provide those on the front line with the finances to help them do what they do best. The local Food Banks tell us that demand has increased by up to 70% compared to last year. To help feed those in need, we have donated £5,500 to four local Food Banks.’
