 the Bedfordshire Chapter of Provincial Grand Stewards
DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL CONVOCATION of the PROV
 INCIAL GRAND CHAPTER will be held at the BEDFORD GIRLS SCHOOL\, CARDINGTO
 N ROAD\, BEDFORD MK42 0BX on Saturday 26th March 2022 at which the Presen
 t and Past Provincial Grand Officers\, Principals\, Past Principals of al
 l the Chapters within the Province are hereby summoned to attend.\n\nYou 
 are also cordially invited to the Consecration of The Bedfordshire Chapte
 r of Provincial Grand Stewards No. 9577 which will be held prior to the C
 onvocation.\n\nCompanions being Subscribing Members of a Chapter are invit
 ed to be present.\n\nConsecration of the Provincial Grand stewards Chapte
 r No. 9577 will start at 9.00am.\n\nProvincial Grand Chapter will be open
 ed at 11.30. a.m.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nBy command of the Most Excellent Grand Sup
 erintendent.\n\nAndrew Gillard\n\nProvincial Grand Scribe E\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n
 Royal Arch Regalia will be worn\n\nPrincipals of Chapters will wear the Co
 llars of their Office\n\nDark Morning Dress\, Provincial or Royal Arch tie
 \, NO Gloves\n\nCompanions attending the Consecration are requested to be 
 seated no later than 08.45am. Companions not wishing to attend the Consec
 ration are requested not to arrive prior to 10.30am\, and to be seated fo
 r theConvocation no later than 11.15am.\n\nAttendance Sheets: Please ensur
 e you record your name in Block Letters on ONE Chapter Sheet only\n\nPlea
 se make your application for lunch on the attached attendance form and re
 turn it to the Assistant Provincial Grand Scribe E\, with your remittance
 \, as soon as possible and no later than Friday 25th February 2022.\n\n&n
